How do I deposit using Trustly?

To deposit using Trustly, please follow the steps below:

1. Select the Deposit option available in the Profile tab

2. Select your deposit method, “Trustly” and click on “Add Account”

3. Select your Bank. In this example, Chase Bank is being used.

4. Go to your Bank account to proceed with signing into your online banking. In this example, Chase Bank is being used, therefore we will proceed by clicking on “Go to Chase”

5. Follow the login flow: Enter your username, password and Sign In

6. Click confirm to be sent the security code

7. Click next to have the code sent to your chosen delivery method. Text or Email.

8. The password will then be sent. Simply click on it at the top of the screen to have it entered and sign in

9. Then click “Yes” at the bottom of the next screen.

10. You can then click “Done” at the bottom of the next screen.

11. You can then navigate back to the app, go to deposit, select Trustly, enter your deposit amount. $1.00 is the minimum. Make sure to select the correct bank account and then click “continue”.

12. You will then receive a message showing that your deposit has been completed successfully!
